Tai Chi & Qiqong

Practices based on eastern energy principles that have been shown in many research studies to improve numerous health concerns. Tai Chi . . . Might well be called medication in motion . . . (because of) growing evidence Tai Chi has a value in treating or preventing many health problems. These practices are also used successfully to maintain health and wellbeing.

Fit for Life

Exercise consists of strength training, flexibility focus, general fitness components. Class members use the stability balls and stretch bands to enhance the exercise experience.

MOSSA Strength Train Together

The most enjoyable way to strength train! Strength Train Together combines traditional strength exercises with the hottest functional training moves to make you fitter and stronger. High-rep training, athletic movements, and a periodized training approach are key components of this results driven workout. Add to this dynamic and motivational music and it simply is the most fun you’ll have strength training

MOSSA Core Focus Together

Core Focus Together trains you like an athlete in 30 action-packed minutes. A strong core, from your shoulders to your hips, will improve your athletic performance, help prevent back pain and give you ripped abs. Expert coaching and motivating music will guide you through functional and integrated exercise using your body weight, weight plates, a towel, and a platform—all to challenge you like never before.

Tabata Bootcamp

This 30 minute workout will be the most intense 30 minutes of your week. Tabata Bootcamp is a sustainable fitness and eating program that truly changes people’s lives. It is based on the most current high intensity interval training research and protocol and cutting edge nutritional information. It is an amazing total body transformation program that offers real success.

You will be learning the best exercises and how to make them better. Tabata Bootcamp includes 3 types of high intensity interval training for maximal results. It is a mix of cardio and strength training. ANY fitness level can participate and see results with this breakdown. No experience necessary and exercises can be modified for all fitness levels. Our mantra is: “More is not better, Better is better.”

Group Cycling

GET IN GEAR! Group cycling is a fantastic way to exercise in a fun, low impact and high-energy environment. An instructor will lead you on a journey through mixed terrain - hills, flats, mountain peaks, sprints and interval training. Anyone can benefit from an indoor cycling class regardless of age, prior experience or fitness level. By increasing or decreasing the tension of the fly wheel, you control the intensity of your ride. Strength, endurance, weight loss and overall fitness can be achieved with regular sessions of group cycling. Class is limited to 10.

Pilates

Pilates is an exercise system that is focused on building strength without bulk, improving flexibility and agility, and helping to prevent injury. Pilates can be modified for all fitness levels.

Yoga

Make true relaxation a reality in your life. All body types and skill levels are encouraged to participate. These poses are safe and gentle, yet challenging postures encourage stronger muscles and bones, while simple relaxation techniques release tension from the mind and body.

Silversneakers® Muscular Strength & Range of Motion Class for Seniors

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. The class is offered to anyone and we encourage anyone that has physical limitations (surgery, recovery, etc.) for exercise to join.

Silversneaker® Cardio Circuit

Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand held weights; elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation exercises.

Adult Lunch Buckets

Start your afternoon off right with a basketball pick up game with other adults (18 yrs. or older). All levels welcome.

Lunch Soccer

A great noon hour workout that is for all skill levels and abilities.

Adult Volleyball

Come join us for an exciting hour of volleyball. All levels of players are welcome.
